This Survey123 form was developed as part of a simulated citizen science exercise conducted in the UBC MGEM classroom, focused on monitoring birds, mammals, and amphibians. The form was designed to collect structured wildlife observations including species type, observation location, and if species were dead or alive.

Participants (MGEM students) used the form to submit simulated wildlife observations, which were visualized real-time through the Environmental Monitoring Dashboard. The workflow demonstrates how mobile GIS tools can support citizen science data collection while highlighting practical challenges such as data reliability, spatial coverage, and observer bias.
